Recognition and Ratings

Over the years, Educomp and its affiliates have won recognition from many institutions.

Educomp Solutions won top honours in the for-profit category, winning the NASSCOM Foundation Social Innovation Honours-2010. The eminent jury for NASSCOM awards comprised Mr. Narayana Murthy, Mr. T N Ninan, Ms. Rama Bijapurkar, Mr. Jerry Rao and Mr. Ganesh Iyer. Morgan Stanley Report of Jan 2010 added Educomp in "Tomorrow’s Winners" a select list of companies highlighted across Asia that lead their domestic competitors and their expected growth rates outpace those of the markets and countries in which they operate.

Educomp has been ranked as the leader in ‘Education & Training’ in the study: India's Best Companies to Work For 2009. This study was conducted by ‘The Economic Times’ in collaboration with ‘The Great Place to Work® Institute’. In 2008, Forbes Magazine placed Educomp Solutions in the two hundred ‘ Best Under a Billion’ companies in the Asia-Pacific region. BT 500 featured Educomp Solutions in the 2009 list of the most valuable private companies in India.

	Educomp wins NASSCOM Foundation Social Innovation Honours-2010 Educomp Solutions has won top honours in the for-profit category to win NASSCOM Foundation Social Innovation Honours-2010 for their exemplary work. Soumya Kanti, President, ICT & PPP received the award from the Chief Soumya Kanti, President, ICT & PPP received the award from the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Ashok Chavan, at an award ceremony held on 9th Feb at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. The award is for excellence in Social Development Initiatives’, Use of ICT in areas of Social Transformation, Social Development or Aiding Society as a business plan. 	Featured in BT 500 2009 list of most valuable private companies in India Ranked 83rd in the BT 500 list of the most valuable private companies in India—October 2009.
	Ranks first in ‘Education & Training’ in India’s ‘Best Companies to Work For 2009’ Educomp ranks Number 1 in Education & Training in the study: India’s Best Companies to Work For 2009. This study was conducted by The Economic Times in collaboration with the Great Place to Work® Institute. The Great Place to Work® Institute ranks best workplaces globally.

	Emerging Franchisor of the Year 2008 "ROOTS TO WINGS" has been awarded 'Emerging Franchisor of the Year 2008 ' for excellence in Franchising and Business Development, by Franchise India Holdings Limited, Asia's largest integrated franchise solution company since 1999.The award was jointly received by Mr. Shantanu Prakash and Mr. Arun Kumar Khetan from Mr. Ramon Vinay, President, Francorp International USA and Gary Waters, Organisation Development Specialist, IPS, Australia.
	Featured in Forbes magazine's 200 Best Under A Billion Educomp solutions has been named in the "200 Best under a Billion" for the Asia-Pacific region by Forbes. This annual list picks the best from 24,155 listed firms in the Asia-Pacific region. The list appears in the Sept 29, 2008 issue of Forbes magazine.
	Ratings from CRISIL In 2005 Educomp was the first company in India to have been rated SME1 by CRISIL, P1 rating for commercial paper from CRISIL SM rating from CRISIL, indicating outstanding credit worthiness A / stable rating for cash credit facilities from CRISIL.
	Fitch Ratings A (stable) rating for debt (non- convertible debentures) from Fitch Ratings.
	Received ISO 9001:2008 certification for ICT solutions ISO 9001:2008 Certification was awarded in application of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) related to computer- aided learning, training and computer literacy projects in schools.
	Featured in BT 500 list of most valuable private companies in India Educomp was ranked 140th in the ‘BT 500’ list of the most valuable private companies in India - December 2007.
