Learning Links Foundation has been a valuable partner/client of Educomp Solutions Limited since the year 2002. Educomp provides its expertise to educational projects managed by the Foundation.

Introduction

The Learning Links Foundation (LLF) is a registered, not-for-profit body representing the best of indigenous managerial capacity in India. Learning Links Foundation was established in 2002 with the objective of doing pioneering and innovative work in the development sector. The Foundation specializes in providing technology solutions by structuring and designing delivery modules for overall development, and conducting need based Research and Assessment. LLF administers a wide variety of programs in an effort to fulfil its core mission of strengthening human capital and enhancing the well being of society. A unique blend of experienced educators and technology professionals, recognize that workforce development provides opportunities, which leads to progress. The Foundation strives to pave way to empower communities and move towards development through Education.

Philosophy

The mission of the Foundation is to empower lives by providing innovative solutions to Education and Community Programs from inception to evaluation. LLF strongly believes that Education is the path to building equity, social justice, and improving the quality of life; to expand access and opportunity; to encourage respect for difference and diversity; to strengthen democracy, civic life, and civic responsibility; and to promote cultural enrichment, creative expression, intellectual integrity, professional development and personal freedom coupled with social responsibility. Learning Links Foundation seeks to create a generation of leaders for the 21st century by employing innovative strategies and advanced information technology solutions to Educational Systems through rigorously developed and certified operating procedures.

LLF’s reputation for providing high-quality, low-risk, and value for money services is backed up by many successful, high-profile projects, plus a high level of repeat interventions. For each client problem the Foundation develops a fundamental understanding within the ‘big picture’ context. The focus is on the details so that the solutions have a sustained impact on stakeholders and beneficiaries.

Projects

The Foundation works with its clients for developing program strategies, implementation models, management methods, research and evaluation projects, and improvisation of programs. The Foundation manages projects from inception to evaluation across five service lines namely training, community development, consultancy to third-party organizations, research and evaluation and content development. The core competencies of the organization:

  • Geographical reach across 23 states with a team spread across 20 cities of the country. Internationally, the Foundation has implemented projects in Srilanka, Pakistan, Malaysia and Singapore
  • The Foundation works in association with the Governmental agencies like Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource and Development, State Governments, prominent private schools, Universities across the Country, and State Councils’ of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) to implement the program in India.
  • The Foundation also works with non-governmental organizations for implementing developmental projects in the heart of rural India
  • The Foundation has an excellent track record for creating and localizing content for the Indian and International audience

Extensive evaluation and impact assessment studies have been undertaken in collaboration with national bodies of accreditation.
