The Learning Leadership Foundation World School

The Learning Leadership Foundation World schools have a developmental outlook, which enhances the ability of the learner in body, mind and spirit. It helps the students to scan opportunities for growth, both at the personal and social level.

 
Our vision for our schools does not lie in isolation but responds to the needs of the larger society and we fulfill it through our Millennium Learning System (MLS). The Millennium Learning System has been developed by our R & D team with over 80 man years of work. We have not only sought to bring international best practices into the classroom but have also blended it harmoniously with the unique requirements of the student of today, who simultaneously needs to excel in a competitive world and also needs holistic envelope of relevant 21st century life skills. Further we have drawn upon our decade long experience of working with over 2000 schools and more than 300,000 teachers in India to know ' What Works'.

Millennium Learning System is an integrated learning delivery framework for the entire school ecosystem and can be best understood through its intangible and tangible frameworks. What do we mean by intangible and tangible frameworks?
 
The Intangibles
 
This includes the mindscape or the philosophy of our school. Our school’s mindscape is structured around three basic components. We believe that a school is known for its distinct Culture, Policies and Practices. And we want to excel and maintain a balance between all the three. Let us elucidate how.

Imagine a tree to be our school. A Tree symbolizes ‘life’ and so does our school. Our diagrammatic representation shows the interconnectedness between the society and the school. It also vividly explains what each part represents.

Each part of the tree or our school, thought part of the whole education system has its own distinct philosophy and responds to the needs of the society and translates into specific outcomes.
