Minimum Learning Levels
Keeping the child in the centre we have focused on the developmental age appropriate
levels of the child from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor perspectives and
created the Minimum Learning Levels that a child would have to attain in each age
group. Each level is further addressed in detail keeping the various skills in mind.
As Alvin Tofler states, "The highest quality power comes from the application of
knowledge", each area has been placed there for ensuring that it enriches the child
not only with knowledge but also with the necessary skill and making it application
based. These Minimum Learning Levels are the roots on which the other linkages are
developed. Thus, the content based on the Minimum Learning Levels is meaningfully
rich, diversified, flexible, skill based and contextual with a globalized look responds
to the market needs.
