Lesson Plan

To ensure the activities are carried out effectively the facilitator is guided through each lesson and each period to use the best teaching strategy. These strategies complement the activities, written text and technology used in every period. The lesson plans ensure that the best is imparted to the child with little stress on the facilitator. These lesson plans ensure that standardization and creativity becomes a norm in every period in the school. Formative Assessments

The purpose of assessing a child is not to find faults but to guide the child to move ahead after understanding and solving the problem. To ensure that every learner learns, we have mapped formative assessment strategies with every classroom session. Each lesson has a clear objective and the parameters on which to asses the learner are clearly chalked out. The facilitator feeds this data in to a computer which gives accurate data on any area or skill that is required. This is further used for any remedial action, which the learner would require and helps to bring the child to the level desired.
