Stretching:

Now move on to stretching the body. Begin with the arm movement. Instruct the children to stretch their arms out, slowly and bringing them to the level of the shoulders. Indicate to the children that these are their wings and encourage them to flap them up and down like a bird. Make chirp, chirp… sound to add fun to the exercise.

Wind up the session on a warm note and hug all the children
