Educomp Solutions has raised around $155 million (Rs 856 crore) through a mix of debt and equity from investors like IFC, Proparco, Mount Kellett and promoters. The Company has paid its outstanding FCCBs to full. The balance is being deployed to meet Educomp’s capital expenditure and to strengthen its balance sheet.
